Obo, I'm hoping that moniker doesn't stick but we do have that right since 1912 though there are certain restrictions, such as you have to open up to the Serious Fraud Office. Also in some circumstances, things can be inferred from silence. Though we codified it rather late in the day, the right's existence anywhere is owed in part to good ol' Freeborn John.
