Can't they both lose?

Really, I've got no time at all for the NHS. The doctors are arrogant, hectoring smartarses, the hospitals are awful and I just hate everything to do with it. Simpering twats like Ben Goldacre and the like continually crying about the poor NHS makes me want to perform actual violence.

But then on the other hand, Andrew Lansley is a fucking idiot too, and I'm quite sure his "reforms" are just going to make things worse.

The thing that really cunts me off beyond belief is that if it was, say, Andy Burnham making these exact reforms, Labour would be short-stroking themselves into a coma about modernisation and improvement of the NHS, and that smug bellend would be all in favour of it.

This cuntry is fucked.

I've, unfortunately, had to deal with the NHS a lot over the past few years, (although it's a slightly different beast up here in porridge wog land), and I've noticed that the doctors/consultants are generally very good to excellent but the nursing side is utter shit.

Angels my arse.

I've come to the conclusion that not one of them has a fucking clue what to do with it anyway. So they all kick schemes around and judge how successful they'll be by the response they get to the proposals.

I said before that I have the utmost respect for the NHS staff on the front line, I don't envy them their jobs at all, the managers however, are a different thing.

I think that we'll all just eventually accept that the NHS is cunted beyond redemption.

To help save the economy, the Government will announce next month that the Immigration Department will start deporting seniors (instead of illegals) in order to lower Social Security and Medical costs.

Older people are easier to catch and will not remember how to get back home.

I started to cry when I thought of you.

Then it dawned on me.

I'll see you on the bus!

Most of them are there to make sure they get generous state pensions. Best docs are in private practice.
