Number of deaths in 2007 caused by C. Diff. and MRSA by 1.5 million "health professionals" under state control: 4958
Number of deaths in 2007 caused by 35 million speeding (amateur) drivers: 980

And even that statistic is taking at face value the government lie that one-third of all road deaths are attributable to speeding. In reality the figure is more like about 3 to 5%, which would give a figure between 90 and 150.

If you're going to do 'Number crunching' you have to have a link in each paragraph. I'm not disputing the numbers or anything, but rules is rules.
If you like, you can do a trademark "!?!" after each paragraph.

Roads
Number of deaths from cocaine was a 'record' 196 last year, according to today's Metro.
(Although they did admit it was most death were likely caused by combining cocaine with alcohol)
