Do no evil, Part 2

It seems like Google have listened to various complaints on the web and changed their EULA for Chrome. Still not sure about GoogleUpdate, though. And they could always change the EULA back!

I'm still going to be sitting this one out for a while.

Hat tip to Gary Gu.

I installed it day zero, and liked it a lot. But it did keep accessing my disk constantly whilst in use, which is a tad concerning (what was it up to?)

Sticking with the clunky FF3 for now.

I've not trusted Google for a while now, and try to avoid using their services as much as possible because I feel they collect too much information on people. They are also contradictory ("your privacy is important to us" - Viacom v Youtube/Google, "there is no privacy even in the desert" Borings v Google Streetview). I think that their moral defenestration occurred quite some time ago, and they have happily been doing evil ever since.

So although all my friends are excited and waiting for it to come to linux, I don't think I'll be touching Chrome at all.
