Moron regulation

I mean, of course, "more on regulation":

Gasoline shortages are caused by:

A. Hurricanes
B. Something else


Intriguingly, all the states with petrol shortages are those states which have anti-gouging regulation.

Those American price-gougers are amateurs. Five dollars a gallon? Pah.

They should have a word with labour. Those guys really know how to gouge the public. Not just on petrol, either.
