One hard motherfucker

Scary looking bastard, eh? You wouldn't want to tackle him, especially not if you're a 17-month-old baby.

After his death in August last year, the toddler was found to have eight fractured ribs and a broken back that left him a paraplegic. It is thought the back injury was caused when he was swung against his cot.

His fingernails and tips of fingers had been torn off, some deliberately, and he had been hit so hard in the face, probably on the night he died, that one of his teeth was found in his stomach.

Yeah, you show that snivelling little 17-month-old sack of shit. He thinks he's so hard. Go on, fuck him up good.

You'd think that this would have Labour politicians out in force, crying:

Safeguarding children is undoubtedly Government’s top priority

Oh. They are. So what happened here?

The 17-month-old boy, who cannot be named, was on the child protection register with Haringey Social Services in North London

Oh?

Over eight months of abuse, during which he was seen 60 times by health or social workers, the boy suffered more than 50 injuries.

Well, I know kids indulge in a bit of rough and tumble, but 50 injuries in 8 months? Seen 60 times by joined up* health- and social workers? Surely someone would have twigged? And something's nagging at me about Haringey. Oh yes:

the authority which failed to protect Victoria Climbie, the young African girl murdered by her guardians in 2000

Looks like the onanistic orgy of "lesson learning" that they went through really paid off, didn't it?

Still, brutally torturing a defenceless child will certainly get this hard, brave man a stiff sentence, won't it?

He will face:

jail terms of up to 14 years

14 years? For a murder of a defenceless child? He's 36. 14 years (maximum) with a third off for Labour incompetence in not building prisons and he'll be out before he's 45.

Never mind mate, you'll have plenty of time to do it again.

Update: Another tribute to the NHS we pay so handsomely for:

Two days before his death, the boy was examined by Sabah Alzayyat, a consultant paediatrician at St Ann’s Hospital in Tottenham, who failed to spot he had a broken back and eight broken ribs.

Well, I mean, you would, wouldn't you? Broken back, eight broken ribs, easiest thing in the world to miss!

What a monstrous pile of cunt.

Update 2: Guido has more on the real villain of the piece. Yes, really.

Hanging to good for the fucker. Still I hope that some lags give him a good talking too whilst the warders find some paperclips to count.

I suspect that even if he's released from prison within five years he'll be missing the sight of at least one eye, possibly both testicles and an assortment of other "prison surgery" delivered by his fellow lags.

Obnoxio, reserve some of your bile for the sack of shit the papers are refering to as baby P's "mother".

@philip: Frankly, I don't think anyone involved in the this saga deserves to breathe any more.

- whilst the warders find some paperclips to count.

I will donate a lorry load, provided they are counted and signed for, twice to be on the safe side.

Have been inside - "normal" prisoners will have a good go, but these "scum" will be protected, unless an accident is co-ordinated.

Each and everyone who has failed this child and every child should be given hell.

What he should get is being turned off a ladder at Marble Arch to dangle kicking for 20 minutes whilst the crowd throw crap at him.

Unfortunately there is no justice so he gets 14 years which will be reduced by play acting he has some remorse. I just hope a few decent cons get to give him some real justice one day.
