Entering the House without a Warrant
This unelected 'public servant' blagged his way into searching Damian Green's Parliamentary offices, seizing his computers, telephones and Blackberry without a Warrant.Only on a consent form signed by the Serjeant, who was not aware of the right to refuse entry.
David Winnick MP (Labour)has called for the above 'officer' to be called to the bar of the House to explain his actions. He should do so, along with the Home Secretary.
The Police have unfortunately got used to barging their way into our homes without warrants, along with a multitude of other 'officials' thanks to this 'outraged' Parliament. The House of Commons cannot expect special priviliges, whilst denying the same to the Electorate.
The Speakers Statement that only he will sign a consent on the production of a Warrant is welcome, but what of protection for every citizen from a Police Force out of control.

I gather he was not mourned on leaving Surrey.
The Penguin
A former copper told me how a young police officer assaulted him the other day. When told to stop was told that the police officer 'could do whatever he wanted.'
This person has now formally complained to the IPCC having been treated appallingly by the PC sent to deal with his complaint.
How dare he. How absolutely bloody dare he. That illegal, careless shite. Thanks to the flimsy MM for not buckling under the weight of the Met's hatred towards the nation. Truth can only out itself. (Whether it'll change anything, who knows?)
I thought everyone knew to ask them for a warrant first, that's what people always do on TV.
The Police fitness test is quite hard to pass. Running, hand strength and a few others. I take it they only do it the once. Donut munchers.
Actually the fitness test has been downgraded, so I've been told.
Certain types of women don't need to do the swim test even if they're in an area with a large river running through it because it's against their religious views to appear in front of a man in a swim suit.
