In a statement this morning, Acting Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Sir Paul Stephenson said thathis old drinking buddy and fellow member of ACPO,Ian Johnston, Chief Constable of the British Transport Police, would lead thewhitewashinvestigation.
"I amshitting myself about having sucked Jacqui's clit in publicproperly concerned about the issues being raised within the continuing debate surroundingour outrageous and egregious interference with centuries of parliamentary democracythe ongoing investigation into the leaking of Government information," Mr Stephenson said."I think I might have fucked my chances for becoming chief of the Met and I need to do some serious backpedalling."
I don't smell any rats, do you?
"Tits" Smith said:
"In view of theunexpected furore about me acting like the Stasigravity and sensitivity of this ongoing investigation, I spoke to Sir Paul yesterday totell him to try his level best to sweep it under the carpet or get a mate in to do a quick whitewash job for usseek his assurance that the investigation was being pursued diligently, sensitively and in a proportionate manner.
"Sir Paulhad a wizard wheeze of getting his mate in to cover up our tracksinformed me of his intention to conduct a review of the handling of the case, which I welcomed."
She added: "These are very serious matters, and the police should be free tointimidate anybody they like for no reason, as long as it's for the benefit of the Labour Partypursue their investigations without fear or favour."
Yeah, "Tits". We believe you. No, honest, we do.

Is there any chance at all that The Hunch Front of Redditch Town will take a Captain Oates type walk out into the blizzard any time soon?
If this turns out to be anything other than a blatant attempt to whitewash this shameful incident and surrounding circumstances, I'll eat my shoes.
People want the police to investigate criminal wrongdoing properly, but the chances are if you ask them to find out who nicked your bike from the railway station, the best you'll get is a crime number to use with your insurance claim. On the other hand, they seem to have unlimited time to mount raids in alleged pursuit of alleged Whitehall leaks. And, for good measure, whilst they are at it, hammer down on centuries of the Parliamentary privilege accorded to communications between constituents and their MP.
These are dark days, no mistake.
Be careful what you wish for, she's a dangerous woman!
