Derek, there has indeed been a lot of comment made.
However, you seem to be rather keen on cherry-picking those comments which support your desire to clamp down on people who are merely trying to represent one side of the "debate for every level of our movement".
While there has been some call for tighter moderation, there has been a lot more call for substantive discussion of a number of issues which are a lot more important than the moderation of a blog. These are just being swept under the carpet, by means of the very same "moderation" process you are now claiming is so desperately wanted.
I'm sure I've seen something like this before. I can't remember were, though.
I'm also surprised and a little disappointed that you've chosen Mohammed Khan's observation about me as something to highlight, given the fact that I've tried very hard to behave myself appropriately on your new blog and given you a lot of constructive feedback. I certainly think I've added an awful lot more value to this blog in terms of my activity than Mr Khan has.
Still, I suppose you value sycophancy more than intelligent comment like every other member of this useless political class, so I will accept that my humble efforts to engage with you have been wasted.
PS Congratulations on finally fixing your RSS feed. I can't wait for the next gripping installment of having some Labour apparatchik talking at me.
