I think he was considered not worth meeting because they know he's no money left to hand out.
l'm surprised that 2 of them showed up.
They will summon him if and when they have further demands or instructions to give him.
We're at the bottom if the barrel already? The UN don't need us: we ignored them last time and we've no spare capacity to sort out the rest of the world. He'd be better off just having a quiet dinner with me.
