This is the calibre of West Midlands local politicians. Rusted-in, safe-as-houses, seats in the council. Voted in by mobile doorstops. Dinosaur ideas and dinosaur IQ.
But he's only an aspiring politician at the moment - local councillor for donkeys years, nice safe little number where you can more or less speak your mind and even the red-tops aren't interested enough in you to comment.

I was a tad surprised to see on a 'politicians' blog a photo of Dizzy with 'dickhead' emblazened on it.
My, how standards have fallen...
