A constant reminder that life was so much better before the internet

Booyakasha!
I'm fucking knackered, but there's no way I'm not going to register my delight that the fat cunt Teddy "Chappaquiddick" Kennedy's seat has fallen to the Republicans.
I don't know why the sudden mass animosity, he's only been in a year and hasn't had the chance to prove much. I think he comes across as a strong, sensible statesman. He is respected around the world, much more so than Bush. Given his job description, I'd say he ain't doing that badly.
I won a bet with the boss of the company I work for, I said Obama would win cos of all the disaster movies where the prez is coloured and the septics were conditioned to accept it. never(as far as I know) has a movie shown a woman in the White House. Simplistic but got me a tenner.
Obama is fucking useless without an autocue- it's difficult to be an even bigger fuck-up than Bush but he's managed it. "Strong sensible statesman" my arse.
I suppose the mere fact that a vaguely black man has managed to get himself elected will continue to appeal to Fabians and Social Democrats the world over, even though the cracks are beginning to show, and it's becoming obvious that this useless cunt is just Jimmy fucking Carter in an Afro wig and he'll be gone after one ineffective term.
The Republicans seem to me to be the lesser of two evils. If you dig underneath the neo-con/Christian Right surface there are some decent libertarians like Ron Paul.
Barry O? The reason why he hasn't done good so far? It's 'cos the Lord Almighty is not with him. He played the race card all right and is with the New World Order...but Almighty God is not with him in all that he do.
In other words he will fall flat on his arse. I intelligently predict.
But Bush was essentially a dribbling chimp in a suit, and McCain was a geriatric two sharp sneezes away from death, at which point he'd give way to Palin who was fucking mental.
I'm not about to defend Obama or his lack of predicted greatness, but I'm staggered people could think that his opponents, who let's face it represent all that is fucking shit about America, would have been better.
And so fucking what if he needs a teleprompter? Really? If that's the best criticism that people can level at him he can't be that bad.
I suppose I must be a nihilist. I don't bother with deep analysis; which can be, as often as not, plain wrong. The simple pleasure of seeing the grief of those emotional loons, who protest about result from Teddy "Chappaquiddick" Kennedy's seat is sufficient. Must be a sort of schadenfreude. Happy day!
You right about him not being a patch on Clinton. Says it all really. He isn't a patch on a serial adulterer, liar and sex pest. Talk about setting the bar pretty low. It was obvious to anyone with half a brain that Obama was a flim flam man. A windbag and a charlatan. Another poxy Blair clone. Unfortunately too many people fell for the BBC propaganda that he was going to bring about hope and change. More fool them. He will be an even bigger failure than a previous half-wit, out of his depth Democrat Jimmah Cahtah.
Bush was vastly under-rated by far too many people... I've always said history will show him in a better light and it will.
As for BarryO his only saving grace is he isn't Hillary (I still shudder at the thought). Other than that, he's a light weight preacher with nothing tangible to offer his people or the world.
Watch to see what happens next... his honeymoon just ended. Play time is over!
"Says it all really. He isn't a patch on a serial adulterer, liar and sex pest."
I think you miss the point; Clinton was more interested in getting blowjobs from chunky interns than pushing 'Change!' that would merely make things worse. Combine that with a Republican Congress who could block anything he wanted in any case, and Americans got an easy life for eight years.
It's precisely because Clinton did so little that he now looks like the best President since Reagan. Obama, on the other hand, is a worthless Marxist shit who can't help but try to impose yet another expensive, brain-dead and totally crooked boondoggle on the American people every time he opens his mouth.
Bush may have come across as a dickhead but can Obama fly a jet fighter? an F104 if memory serves nicknamed "the widow maker" cos it was fuckin dangerous and hard to fly.
Hey guys, guys, come on now. They are all useless. We have a political class in the world today in every major democracy. I cannot think of a leader who is not a machine politician. They are all "done nothing outside of politics" types. Barry is just a photegenic X-factor winner. McSnotty has been zanu all his life. Call Me Dave was invented in a marketing department.
We all expect them to solve problems which have no easy solution. The easy solutions guys build gas chambers and gulags. There are no easy solutions. In the UK there are 60 million different world views. Who is going to represent all of those?
Now its fun to slag off the jug eared Kenyan, and the autistic fannyboy, but lets not get all melancholic about how disappointing either of them turned out to be. Its a talent show. Next year someone else will win it, and in ten years time the N O T W will be showing you their cellulite on a Bahamian beach. They are all fucking useless. That is the nature of modern politics.
@J Demetriou: doesn't that say more about the electorate rather than him?
No. It would appear that a large percentage of the black vote gave him their support because he is black and for no other reason. IMHO selecting someone for the most powerful job on the planet by skin colour rather than ability is something of a mistake.
I said at the time of his nomination that he looked to be nothing more than a "black Tony Blair" and he's done nothing yet to make me reconsider.
As Obama continues to make decisions that mirror the Bush doctrine, it is becoming apparent that the former president was not ignorant or irrational in his foreign policy decisions despite the harsh criticism and disloyalty he endured. He was in fact, ahead of his time, a visionary who understood politics and warfare in the modern age of terrorism.
That is why Obama is now following his lead.
It should be obvious now, even to Obama’s most passionate supporters that shielding the free world requires more than mere words like “hope” and “change.” Bush’s detractors should be embarrassed having arrogantly thought they could do it better, and those Republicans who abandoned Bush when he needed them most should take a moment to reflect on their fortitude or lack thereof.

Obamalamadingdong has proven to be something of a small disappointment to some.
But to those of us who can think he has fucked up just like we said he would and the septics have rumbled him already.
Ha dee fuckin haa haa!!

Nothing sudden about it. I've said from the outset that he's an amoral, unprincipled Blair clone.
He's not strong, he's forever kowtowing to the Arabs and the Chinese.
I don't understand why he's more respected than Bush, he's just continued all of Bush's policies, only more so.
He's not even a patch on Clinton, FFS.
I hope there’s such a place as heaven and that Mary Jo Kopechne is laughing her wings of

I also predicted he'd be useless. But I do think he comes across well.

More of a clone of Brown (sans Teleprompter).
AC1: at least Gordon has his prepared lines (and learns them!) - One Term Barry is completely fucking useless without a teleprompter.
He hasn't got an afro. Why the comments about his race anyway? Bit harsh.
Because it's his race that got him elected, dumbarse.
The Republicans seem to me to be the lesser of two evils. If you dig underneath the neo-con/Christian Right surface there are some decent libertarians like Ron Paul.
If only the Tories were the same.

Hmm...interesting.
Obama was never going to live up to the hype.

ffs, why go on about race.
Very poor show.
He started it!
@J Demetriou: He hasn't got an afro. Why the comments about his race anyway? Bit harsh.
Because, you dull cunt, 96% of the black vote was for him. See www.politico.com/news/stories/1108/15297.html.

It took the de-gayed Brown character less than a day before he offers healthcare to everyone.

There's already a Hitler video about it.
Surely there's another film that can be used, just once?
A Jack 'Sucka' Straw/Ed 'Sweaty' Balls combo based on Laurel and Hardy perhaps?
