It's not unreasonable to expect me to make a 5PM call. It's fucking rude to leave the whole world to figure out what 9AM PT is in their neck of the woods.
The web page in the link doesn't include any time or date information; that is appalling.
I'm not sure how many time zones a message like that should include, nor what the format(s) should be. I suppose that quoting the UTC (Universal Time, Coordinated) value would be reasonable - it would also give the correct local time for the Obnoxious One.

12:00 noon eastern means that it cuts in to your dinner time or just after dinner.
