You and I both failed (I got 13/24 also) because we thought it was about British culture, history, our place in Humankind's Pantheon, and the like. It's __NOT!__

Scored 15/24 and still failed. However, I fail to see the relevance of some of the questions e.g. "When did women win the right to divorce their husbands?" It's utterly fucking irrelevant since the act is over 100 years old. It is sufficient to know that they can not when it fucking happened.
Q21 is also wrong. The maximum speed limit on single carriageway road is whatever the signed speed limit says it is. The way the question is worded and the response suggests that you could travel at 60 mph regardless of the signed limit
"David Davis" is right; having reviewed the questions again they are mostly about entitlement and nothing about culture.

Erm.. I failed - 12/24, does that mean I can start over claiming benefits straight away, or do I need to change my religion first?
15/24 - like you others I assumed this might be about what being British might mean and (he whinges) I got all those sorts of questions right. But why in the name of Gordo should I know about the New Deal and the similar entitlement questions? And since when does getting nearly 60 percent mean a fail (whingeing continues)?

Q21 IS correct - but once again it's the wording - The MAXIMUM speed IS 60, BUT it can be less according to signed restrictions....
That is not a fecking citizen's test, that is a carefully crafted test to encourage welfare and benefits behaviour i.e. if you know how to claim you're welcome, if you don't, we don't want you murdering and stealing. Or working for a living.
