Fuck the corporate whores, let's get some real music on the charts this Christmas

Fuck RATM and their sucking of Big Music's cock. Fuck X-Talent's got Come and their sucking of Simon Cowell's cock.

If you want to do something good for Christmas, buy Half Man, Half Biscuit's Christmas single, It's Clichéd To Be Cynical At Christmas. You can buy it from TuneTribe or iTunes

And if you're not already a fan of HMHB, then try a few more tracks and be prepared to fall in love.

There is nothing better in life than writing on the sole of a slipper with a biro on a Saturday night instead of going to the pub.

Nah, fuck that too.

The only song to buy this Christmas is Tim Minchin's 'White Wine in the Sun'.

Mrs CF wept like a baby when first hearing it, and even gruff ol' CF had to clear his throat and check for fluff on his sleeves.

Did you ever hear the Dead Milkmen? Like an American version of Half Man Half Biscuit, but much better.

Their song 'Life is Shit' is a classic.

I was in Hamleys the other day (not telling you which branch) and they were playing the Cheeky Girls' special "Have a Cheeky Christmas" from four or five years ago.

Wonderful.

Loved it.

Pity they weren't showing the video as well, though.

I would like to know what machine Rage Against the Machine are raging against. I bet it's an Eversholt & Grimsby 5.6TX automatic deburrer. Nearly had my eye out with a bit of swarf from that one last week, I was well bloody raging against that bastard machine, the trim guards are useless.

Oh, I don't know, could be any machine really, you don't have to be a resistentialist to know they've all got it in for you.

I like so many different kinds of music and so many different bands/artists. It's hard to choose a favorite for anything.
