Iain Martin has a couple of articles highlighting their serial fucking uselessness. Firstly, what are the Tories selling us? Answers on a fucking postcard, please, because I haven't got a fucking clue.
Then we move on to their nasty centralised media control thinking:
So, the politicians will smile and nod like children as their handlers say: “Now don’t be a naughty boy/girl. No lunching that is not approved in writing by the leader’s people. Remember, orders are that all contacts with journalists are to be put in the register.”
The politician will nod some more, agree with their handler that these journalists are dreadful people, move towards the door looking chastened, exit parliament to look for a taxi, head for the appointed restaurant, too often order a glass of sparkling mineral water nowadays and… meet… a… journalist… for… a… conversation… about… politics.
And then he highlights the monumental fucking arse-ended stupidity of signing up that utter cunt Nick Stern just as the climate change consensus is being torpedoed, shot up, bombed and sabotaged into oblivion. Really, if the cunting useless fuckweasels are grabbing the same fuckwit dog turds who advised Labour, what the fucking cunt do they think the advice is going to be, other than "carry on doing what Labour was doing"?
Jesus, it's like watching "Carry On Politics", but without the safe knowledge that there's going to be a happy resolution.
The word "cunts" doesn't come close to articulating my hatred for these Fabian cock-sniffers.

The old Russian joke, "Of course you have democracy, comrade, you can vote for any member of the Politburo you like." Stopped being funny a long time ago.
Carry On Politics. The image springs instantly to mind. Sid James PM, James Robertson Justice as a hang 'em and flog 'em Home Sec, Kenneth Williams to deal with the foreigners, Charles Hawtry as whatever Mandleson is these days, perfect. Thanks for that.
wv AdyNokee... the sound of an incoming Nokia?
If you replace the steel ball in a pinball machine with a hollow papier mache one, you get a good analogy of the Tory party at the moment.
Lots of flashing lights and lots of banging around but a pathetic little noise at the heart of it all.
I thought CallMeDave's conference speech was pretty good. It hit all the targets I expected, seemed to have a bit of passion behind it and was reasonably consistent in its view of the world. It gave me hopw that they actually had a plan.
Since then, however, it's all fallen apart. The latest Lord Stern cock-up is just another example of what they are doing wrong. Organisation is crap, they make stupid mistakes on a daily basis. There don't seem to be any policies worth spit, the fire has gone out of them, things change from day-to-day, U-turning seems to be a way of life. As a long term Tory voter I dispair - what is there about this Conservative team and their policies that I can honestly say is conservative and worth voting for?
To me CallMeDave seems not to be a leader, he's just a follower of focus groups and polling data.
Should I really vote for him??
