Let’s recap the important figures, shall we?
Number of people who voted after being given the chance to peruse the parties’ manifestos: 29,691,380.
Number of voters who voted after being given the chance to peruse the coalition agreement: 0.
So remind me why the colaition agreement is “more important” than the manifestos? Ah, yes, of course! The New Politics…
So, Tom, about that EU referendum the Labour Party promised in its election manifesto in 2005 ... ?

Has Tom so quickly forgotten about this?
"Manifesto pledges are not subject to legitimate expectation"
That is the Labour way and now enshrined in Law.
He's been somewhat skewered on the comments now, he has dodged the question on the EU referendum twice so far, hopefully he will have the decency to answer third time round.
Some did vote after the coalition agreement - the delayed, final seat in the election, which produced an increase in the Tory vote. Who is or was Tom Watson?
