Thought you might like to be reminded that taxpayers - including English ones :-) - will be doing it all over again in 2014.

The Scottish (excuse for a) Government clearly hasn't appreciated that neither it nor Glasgow City Council have any money. It has taxpayers' money. And we didn't get a shout as to whether this one was a good idea, either. Bastards.

More glorious coverage from our Beloved Leaders here.

And, Londoners will have to pay £200 each trip for the privilege of using a 'dedicated' Olympian 'bus' lane simply for the HobNobs to get from their 5-star WestEnd hotels to the EastEnd stadia.

Or suffer even worse congestion than they now experience.

A lot of Americans were happy when Chicago didn't get the 2016 Olympics. I was surprised so many people had clarity on the issue.
