I've had problems with this too. Seems like any comment over a certain length is very likely to be classed as spam, no matter who posted it. Not very clever at all.
Just see what Bloggers are saying in the Google help fora. Apparently there's also another glitch that sends comments into cyberspace never to be seem again.
Not helped by the fact that Blogger recently declared itself as spam...

Try putting a fucking image in a post. Fucking Google fuck about with things all the fucking time and always fuck things up!
A couple disappeared but most got through. It's not as bad as it was a couple of moons ago.,
Try unspamming them.

Bloggers been acting up in the last few days for me, but not losing comments (as far as I know)...
