Common sense?

Pretty fucking uncommon sense:

According to the amendments, owners of bars and restaurants with an area of up to 100 sq m would be able to determine for themselves whether their premises should be non-smoking areas or not.

Owners of facilities with an area of more than 100 sq m will have to provide sections for non-smokers that have no direct link to the smokers' areas, according to the amendments.

And oh what a telling criticism:

News of the amendments, however, was criticised by one of the right-wing parties in Parliament, the Democrats for a Strong Bulgaria. The party's leader Ivan Kostov said that the amendments were "not a European thing to do".

No, indeed. How dare anyone challenge the demands of Eurocrats for a homogenous, sterile, bland continent.

Ivan Kostov: feel free to go fuck yourself with a Nicorette patch, you bansturbating cock-munch.

Oddly, one can still smoke indoors in Belgium. Not everywhere, but many places, where they don't sell food.

Fair.

I recommend the "Coconut" in De Panne, nice place, cheap hotels, cheaper fags than here, nice people largely.

But I though Belgium is where all the lunacy came from?

Mate, they export most of it via the EU, who send it here.

Belgium is where they're ham-strung their parliament so much along multi-ethnic lines that they functioned quite happily without government for 9 months.

If that's the special type of crazy that they keep for themselves, could they send it here?

"People" as in most people, some people are just a few people? If common sense isn't common then why is it called "common sense"??

In Germany small bars are allowed smoking with some restrictions.

In Munich airport they have little smoking booths too.

The whole of Europe have bans which offer some form of choice ... except the UK & Ireland who view their electorate as an irritation.

The ban may only be a small issue, but it is a huge indicator of the utter contempt and spite MPs direct at the public.

They've already paid useful chums just under £1m on a 'review' later this year. I believe it will say that no-one at all has died since 2007 and the doubling in the numbers of pubs is down to each one earning £14m per year more than they were before.

Truly they be cunts.
