18 stone lardy with 12 pints aboard - then we'll see.

Amazing how two young, fit and healthy, attractive women are the only folk in Honda that need mobility assistance. (Behind the smiles see how they looked faintly nervous the whole time!)

@sniper...A few months of sitting on that thing and they'll be getting lardy anyway.

I hope it's better made than Honda's CVT automatic transmissions - the one in my fathers Jazz was replaced at a mere 20,000 miles. Granted they did it under warranty, but I should bloody well think so!

I wonder how long this thing lasts on a charge? And does it give you some warning when the battery runs low? I would piss myself laughing if these "young, fit and healthy, attractive women" suddenly got dumped on the floor....

How if only they incorporate a toilet bowl into it, then they're on to something.

Four of those multi direction wheels, beefed up and bolted to the corners of something with a bit of go in it...want.

A bit too Clive Sinclair-ish for my taste.

It is a pity when brilliant new concepts induce sneers. Impressive applications will surely follow.

As a substitute for a wheelchair it might have potential--able to go where ordinary chairs can't etc. For able-bodied people not so good--it will encorage even more idleness.
